We hope this message finds you well.  In the midst of the fast evolving news on the rapid spread of COVID-19, we wanted to let you know how we are responding to the crisis.


MMAM continues to be open for business; however, we will be working remotely from our homes to ensure the health and safety of our employees and to help contain the spread of the virus.  We are asking that you help to keep our staff and yours as safe as possible during the COVID-19 Pandemic by emailing all correspondence.  There is a possibility of exposure to this virus through handling of documents so PLEASE email only.

Management and Occupancy Reviews

Our Asset Managers will complete and send out MORs that have been conducted but where reports have not yet been issued.  They will also continue to follow up with owners and agents to close out any outstanding items.  Should you have a question about an MOR, please feel free to contact the asset manager that conducted it via email or Cathie Risko at: cathie.risko@mamhousing.com.


Contract Renewals and Rent Adjustments

Our staff will continue to process contract renewals and rent adjustments as they have done in the past.  In March, to create consistency among completion of the rent schedules, MMAM’s analysts began producing and sending them to owners and agents for review and execution via email. Our procedures for processing contract renewals works the same way. Please note that HAP contracts are currently being executed electronically by MSHDA and HUD staff, however hard copies may be distributed once their staff has returned to the office.

Tenant Inquiries

Our Resident Coordinators will continue to take resident calls via phone or email and will work with owners, agents, and HUD to resolve any issues they may have.
